Seek and Find Jewellery will collect and hold certain information about you online, when you provide it to us (make a purchase, register, sign up to our mailing list and contact us) to ensure you have the best possible optimised online shopping experience and to successfully fulfil your order and to process its tracking.

The information we gather about you are: full name, mailing address, billing address, payment card information, phone number, email address, birthdate, account username and password.

Mailing List

Seek and Find Jewellery uses your email address to inform you about your recent order, shipment and tracking information. We may also contact you to inform you about our special offers, new collections, exciting news and upcoming collaborations.

If you choose to discontinue receiving our newsletters via email, then click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our emails.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Secure Payment

To process an order, we need your credit / debit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. Seek and Find Jewellery employs trusted and reputable third-party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details that are given to us by you are done so on a secure server using Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please note, we do not store any financial information from you. We reserve the right to alter this Privacy Policy information at any given time.
